We provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and parents through a virtual platform or in person. We have a passion for working with children and adolescents who are neurodiverse and their families.

Care Coordination
Do you have a child with complex needs with multiple care teams? Is navigating systems such as FSCD, Health and Education overwhelming? At Connecting Hearts, we offer care coordination, systems advocacy and case conferencing. This service helps to ensure everyone involved in your child’s care team is communicating, has a shared understanding of your child and are working toward your identified goals so that your child can function at their full potential in all environments.

Consultation
Is your child struggling in a specific environment such as school, home or community? Are they misunderstood? We can help by consulting with the appropriate professionals in these areas to ensure your child’s unique needs are understood and met. Helping to bring consistency across environments for children who are struggling, supports their overall functioning.

Billing/Cancellation Policy
Payment for all sessions is due in full upon completion of the session. Payment is accepted on all major Credit Cards and e-tranfers. I am able to direct bill to Alberta Blue Cross. Receipts for submissions to other benefit carriers will be issued.
If finances are a barrier, please reach out to discuss sliding scale options.
Cancellations of appointments received with less than 24 hours noticed will be billed in full to you and need to be paid prior to rebooking.
