Trynell Holland - Owner / Therapist

With over 20 years experience in the counselling field through addictions and mental health, I have focused my career on working with child and adolescents with complex needs and their families. When working with children 5-18 who have complex needs, I have learned that it is essential for treatment to be collaborative and involve parents and community service providers. I have specialized training and experience in this area and it is my passion to work with all or parts of any family system to support their personal goals and their healing journeys. I have a passion for helping parents understand their children’s complex needs, addressing grief and loss that occurs with getting complex diagnoses for their child and support with system navigation and advocacy all while supporting the parent’s personal mental health and wellbeing. Additionally, I have experience treating common mental health disorders such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Somatic Symptom Disorders and Addictions from ages 5 into adulthood.
